System Administrator
Open PositionWe need a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform system updates, patches, and security hardening
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Configure and maintain web servers (Nginx, Apache, HAProxy)
- Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
- Provide technical support to team members
- Configure and manage networking (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Understanding of networking protocols and services
- Experience with shell scripting (Bash) and automation
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
- Experience with virtualization (KVM, VMWare, VirtualBox)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Knowledge of container technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, LPIC)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, CheckMK)
